We only supply a fixed number of dealers, so unfortunately you cannot place an order with us directly unless you want to apply for a dealership (see question 2). A dealer in your area can be found here.

Primabad only provides the bathroom furniture and related accessories. This includes: washbasins, cabinets, mirrors, mirror cabinets, lighting, side cabinets et cetera.
This depends heavily on the items you wish to receive. At the moment we can deliver almost everything within four weeks, but some products require a six week production period. Contact your dealer for more information.

Primabad will gladly help you out, even if your furniture is outside the warranty. If you have a problem or complaint report it as soon as possible to your Primabad dealer where you purchased the furniture at the time. The Primabad dealer will review your complaint. Please note that damaged goods must be reported before installation.
We have no furniture on stock, this means that sometimes it can take a few weeks before the damaged or defective items can be replaced. When this is the case you may temporary use the damaged goods. But do discuss this with your Primabad dealer first and remember not to install or mount any damaged or defective items.
Primabad guarantees quality. Thus Primabad covers a five-year warranty on all washbasins, cabinets, mirrors, mirror cabinets and side-cabinets. With the exception of the Limited, Second and Third Editions series, they have a two-year warranty. On lighting and other various products we provide a one-year warranty.
Your bathroom furniture is produced on commission and once they are delivered we cannot take them back. Inquire your Primabad dealer for more possibilities.
Make sure you have the latest version of your internet browser. Furthermore our 'Primabad 3D designer' works with the 'Silverlight' program; this system requires a one-time action to display the 3D images properly. Follow the directions carefully when opening the 'Primabad 3D designer'.
This website can be used on the following web browsers Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3, Safari 4 and Chrome 4. We advise you to keep your software up to date in order to avoid unwanted delays. This site doesn't support older versions than the previous mentioned versions.
'Mijn Primabad' is a portal exclusively accessible only by our dealers. Here they can easily retrieve orders and their order history.
The Primabad brochure is a full-colour booklet with our full range of bathroom furniture including: washbasins, cabinets, mirrors and much more. It is a true inspiration for you bathroom and a must have for anyone who is planning on remodeling their bathroom.

The mineral cast washbasins will be hardened after one month. In this period only a soap solution may be used for maintenance. After this period the usual cleaning agents should be used. Do not use any aggressive, corrosive or abrasive cleaners. When the drain is clogged don't use drain cleaners, we recommend a plunger. Also we recommend treating the mineral cast washbasin regularly with a good car wax; this will increase the water repellency and durability of the top layer.
We advise a damp cloth with warm water to take care of the daily cleaning. Lime scale is easily removed with vinegar. Sometimes a scratch with metal objects, such as jewelry, can cause black streaks. These are often easily removed with a plumbing eraser. When the drain is clogged don't use drain cleaners, we recommend a plunger.

Please take notice that the quality of our products is affected by the room in which it is placed. Always make sure that you place the furniture in a room with a functioning ventilation and air circulation system. Also never use any abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents, only a damp cloth or chamois is often enough to clean the furniture. Never leave wet objects in or on-top of the cabinet, the cabinet can begin to swell if it is in direct contact with water. Also the handles can be cleaned with only a soft damp cloth or chamois. Do not use chrome or brass polish.
Splashes, cosmetics, drops and stains can be removed with a clean soft cloth or chamois with lukewarm water. Keep the mirror or mirror doors dry and do not leave cleaning residue on the sides of the mirror after the cleanup, doing this will avoid erosion. Never use acidic, alkaline, lime-cleaning or other abrasive products or products with ammonia, these may affect the edges of the mirror. We recommend spraying the cleaning substance on a clean cloth first, to avoid spraying it directly on the mirror.
Before cleaning the lights with a cloth or cleaning products allow the components to cool down. The luminaire can be cleaned gently with a clean dry cloth and never use liquid cleaners or a damp cloth. We advise you to turn off the power circuit in advance when replacing a lamp.
